Creative Director / Brand Experience Lead

Renee Alvarez

Renee Alvarez is the aesthetic compass of Naja Hall Agency—the mind behind the visuals, the messaging, and the emotion that connects strategy to audience. She leads with the belief that design isn’t just about how something looks, but how it makes people feel. From high-concept brand campaigns to intimate storytelling, Renee ensures every creative output feels intentional, modern, and unmistakably on-brand.

Before joining Naja Hall Agency, Renee spent over twelve years in creative direction and brand development, guiding visual identities for entertainment brands, lifestyle startups, and corporate initiatives. She has produced campaigns that have appeared in national media and helped brands find their authentic voice in saturated markets. Her specialty lies in turning vague ideas into striking experiences that make people stop scrolling and start feeling.

A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a BFA in Visual Communication, Renee brings both formal design discipline and intuitive storytelling to her work. Originally from Austin, Texas, she credits her multicultural upbringing for her ability to design for diverse audiences and bring warmth to high-pressure creative spaces. She thrives where structure meets spontaneity—where vision boards turn into measurable impact.

When she’s not art-directing or mapping out brand strategy, Renee is probably at a live show discovering new music, painting with her daughter, or road-tripping across the South to photograph murals and vintage signs. Her curiosity keeps her designs fresh, grounded, and full of soul—the same energy she brings into every client collaboration.
