NAJA HALL is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, strategist, and communications executive with a two decade-long track record of helping organizations, teams, and individuals transform conflict into performance. She is the Founder and Principal of Naja Hall Agency, a consultancy that bridges organizational culture, communications strategy, and creative execution for corporations, brands, and mission-driven organizations.

Before launching her agency, Hall built and led several ventures, including Naja Hall Beauty, VIP Stepmom, the largest digital community for stepmothers in the U.S., Blended and Black, a multimedia education platform focused on family conflict resolution and cultural storytelling. She also hosts I Know I’m Crazy with Naja Hall podcast which centers families, individuals, and couples in conflict.  It currently has over 2 million downloads and has twice charted Top 10 on Apple podcasts . Earning over 50 million unique digital impressions to date, these businesses cemented her reputation as a digital mover and shaker and thought leader in human behavior, empathy-based leadership, and systems-level problem solving. 

With over twenty years of experience in business building, growth strategy, and operations, Hall is recognized for her ability to diagnose complex interpersonal and organizational challenges and turn them into measurable results. She has advised corporations, nonprofits, and public figures on brand positioning, internal communication, and leadership alignment. Her firm recently helped a midsize technology company increase team productivity by 36 percent in under six months—simply by restructuring internal roles, redistributing responsibilities, and coaching managers toward unbiased, outcome-focused leadership.

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Hall earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from the University of Tennessee.
