NAJA HALL is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, strategist, and communications executive with a two decade-long track record of helping organizations, teams, and individuals transform conflict into performance. She is the Founder and Principal of Naja Hall Agency, a consultancy that bridges organizational culture, communications strategy, and creative execution for corporations, brands, and mission-driven organizations.
Before launching her agency, Hall built and led several ventures, including Naja Hall Beauty, VIP Stepmom, the largest digital community for stepmothers in the U.S., Blended and Black, a multimedia education platform focused on family conflict resolution and cultural storytelling. She also hosts I Know I’m Crazy with Naja Hall podcast which centers families, individuals, and couples in conflict.
