Nadia began her career in the arts, working in Fine Arts, founding LilyRoze Studios in 2010. Since then, she has worked closely with executives, creatives, and media teams, mastering the art of anticipating needs before they’re spoken and creating client experiences that feel personal, even in fast-paced environments. She manages logistics, scheduling, communication, and follow-ups with a level of precision that makes clients feel like they’re her only priority.

Nadia has an entrepreneurial spirit, and her professional grace is rooted in her upbringing in Memphis, Tennessee, where she learned early that good communication can build bridges faster than titles or budgets. She combines her Southern charm with executive-level professionalism—offering clients both warmth and confidence in equal measure.

Outside the agency, Nadia is a wife and mother and continues to own and operate LilyRoze Studios in Dallas, Texas. Her mantra: “How we treat each other is part of the deliverable.”
