NHA Consultation Confidentiality

This brief agreement ensures that anything discussed during your initial consultation with Naja Hall Agency remains private and confidential. It allows both parties to speak freely, knowing that shared ideas, personal information, and business details will not be disclosed or used outside the meeting.

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Naja Hall Agency, operated by NajMaHall LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Agency”), and the undersigned (“Client”).

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to create a safe, confidential space for open discussion during your initial consultation. Any information shared with Naja Hall Agency will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission.

2. Confidentiality Commitment

Both parties agree that:

Any personal, professional, or proprietary information shared during the consultation is considered confidential.

Agency will not record, publish, or share any details of the conversation without the Client’s consent.

Client information will be stored securely and used only for follow-up communications related to Agency services.

This Agreement does not obligate either party to enter into a formal business relationship; it simply ensures mutual trust during the consultation process.

3. Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

is already public or becomes public through no fault of Agency; or

must be disclosed by law or court order.

4. No Obligation

The consultation is exploratory and does not establish a binding business relationship. Either party may decide not to proceed beyond the consultation without penalty or obligation.
