Bee is the structure behind the strategy. As Director of Strategy & Operations at Naja Hall Agency, she keeps the big picture moving with precision, patience, and a sharp eye for process. She ensures every vision is backed by an executable plan and that every creative idea has the infrastructure to scale. From project management to performance metrics, Bee makes sure brilliance never gets lost in the logistics.
With over a decade of expertise across the governmental (federal, state, and local) and nonprofit sectors, Bee is dedicated to enhancing stakeholder experiences and driving data-driven results. She conducts deep research into operational areas such as spend and trend analysis, customer and stakeholder insights, policy development, and organizational strategy—delivering comprehensive, evidence-based solutions that strengthen institutional performance.
Her data-centric approach ensures every decision is grounded in robust analytics, leading to improved outcomes and higher satisfaction among clients, customers, and teams. This analytical rigor deepens the knowledge base of those around her, creating measurable, lasting impact on both individual and organizational culture.
Bee has an MHA from the University of Phoenix and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from the University of South Florida. Bee is also a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator and a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt. Her background in Business Intelligence and Analysis, combined with mastery of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker, and MS Project, allows her to translate data into strategy with ease. Bee’s grounded leadership style reflects her West Indian roots—direct but kind, strategic yet deeply human.
